Utakura 7 Investments Limited is a registered company, New Zealand owned and operated, (trading as “Riverhead Villa”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is committed to protecting your privacy when dealing with personal information. The purpose of this policy is to let users of this website know how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information. You can use www.riverheadvilla.nz without disclosing any personal information.

Protecting your personal information

The online booking engine we utilise is Preno Hotel Management System, which is integrated with secure Payment Gateways. Payments are processed through a secure and PCI DSS compliant system. Cardholder data and sensitive authentication data is collected, stored and transmitted securely through Payment Gateways within Preno. We do not collect or store any credit card information you provide through the online booking engine.
Access and Correction
Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, you have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.
In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.
